Pool is really nice and view from the room was amazing.

Pool is really nice and view from the room was amazing. Staff was extremely nice. We needed to stay another half day at the hotel and because of all the problems and bad experience they did not charge us that was a nice gesture from the hotel.

Rooms are very outdated, smell in the room was really strong, air conditioning wasn’t working for the last two days, breakfast is very basic, room keys did not work properly, electric cables hanging from the ceiling. This hotel needs to be renovated immediately not good value for money.

Location and pool with amazing views. Staff, pool restaurant staff go out of their way to please you.

Everything else outside of the above that I liked. Some staff need training. Like a lot, non responsive or taking feedback personally. If you go to the pool and there is no towels you have to ask yourself which can take hours to arrive if they ever do. That’s when you see staff walking around doing NADA. manager not present when needed. Air con didn’t work for a night and a day with no apologies. But they called 10 min after checkout time to say time to leave. You only paid until 10 min ago. We were group of 6 and will never stay at this place again. Many other relocating when we were leaving. Pity such place is run down and with lack of management. Ah don’t move curtains way, you will find many cobwebs. Scary!!!

Not a good value for money

This hotel has a great location in the Rio Vermelho zone. This is very near bars, restaurants and carnival zone.

The hotel is old and needs manteinance. It looks like a haunted Castle

Fake photos that do not reflect reality Poor maintenance of common areas Facility offered on the page that were note available Uncomfortable intense smell in the room. Slow service at the pool bar If you choose to stay here for a long period go and check it out before you book it; it is not what it seems on the webpage and the photos. Very poor maintenance of the structure.

I did like that I did not get credit for my stay with ‘Pestana Rewards’ And a little problem with my room getting cleaned.

Good hotel for the business trips

Quite old hotel in Salvador, located on the seacoast. We were there for business, and the best thing - not so many people in July there! Amazing infinity pool with the ocean view, nice bungalows with kitchen spaces. Very helpful staff, very good breakfast!

The main hotel is closed now, but the bungalows with the sea view are really nice. Quite difficult to reach on foot - you should have a taxi. No cash exchange in the hotel and surrounding areas.

Great idea, poorly executed.

Huge rooms, comfortable beds, great view, great pool.

Everything is "tired" and poorly maintained. Each day, something else was "broken", and generally did not get repaired, even tho we reported it. Internet never worked.

Nice pool w/ great views.

Nice pool w/ great views. If you get one of the rooms near the pool probably nicer than where I stayed.

The bookings.com booking was for ocean view rooms but we had a little peak through some buildings in able to see the ocean. Also, parking was a bit far away from the hotel. They are remodeling a bit so it could get better.

The worst experience so far with Booking.com

Absolutely nothing. It was a horrible experience. You should take it off your site.

Moldy, dirty, flooded bathroom, rude and very slow staff. Paid extra for the ocean view and got a next building wall view. Staff said it was Booking.com fault for selling rooms they don't have available.
